This house is a beautiful cozy place and is situated in an unbeatable location. The natural light that fills every room is absolutely amazing, creating a bright and pleasant atmosphere. The house is surrounded by green, trees from the outside, plants and flowers inside and we also have a beautiful park right in front. We love this house since the very first moment we step in, so we hope the next person that will live with us would fall in love as we did!

ABOUT YOU:
The ideal new flatmate will want to be involved in a social house, but also have their own things going on. We would love someone, clean, organized, kind and respectful of communal areas.

ABOUT US:
We are a couple in our mid to late twenties. Brad (23) is from South Africa, we both work in hospitality, he works as a bartender in Central London, and Ainoa (me) (28) is from Spain and works in management. She previously studied the degree and masters degree in Conservation and Restoration of fine arts (my thesis was physics applied to paper techniques of restoration).

Very sadly our flatmate (Ollie - 23 - from Melbourne, we lived together for 1 and a half years) is coming back home for a short time and we would like to rent a room to earn a little extra money this coming month. We lived together before moving into this flat and the three of us used to work together in a hostel in central London, it was an amazing experience for all three of us!

We are a very sharing, honest and friendly couple. We love cooking together (and Ainoa loves to cook for other people, and she’s vegetarian for the last 10 years), watching movies and tv shows,(Brad loves watching football, cricket and rugby!), talking about everything (we’re very open minded!), going for trips out to the local pubs, clubs, museums, shopping and making the most of London life. We also love to travel and we love to spend time and have our friends at home! Some of our friends have come to see us from other countries, so feel free to bring your friends over!

- 5 mins walk to Wood Green Station, Piccadilly Line (20 min to Piccadilly Circus)
- several great bus links right in the Wood Green Station carrying you within 30 mins in Central London, or even in front of the house (W3)

All included (water, electricity, council tax, internet). The room will be available for £900 per month and will not require a deposit. We split any household relevant necessities between all of us (we normally divided between Brad and me, so don’t worry about it!).
