Bright Double Rm w/Gardens in a Serene Space

Overground station 8 min walk / Train 12 min walk. High street 8 min walk. Aldi 10 mins away. The lovely Crystal Palace triangle with a huge amount of bars restaurants and even an Everyman Cinema a 20 min walk away.

The house is on a cul-de-sac with a front garden and back garden with patio tables and chairs. It backs onto a large park with running trails and basketball courts et cetera.

It's a three bed home, the third room is an office which you are more than welcome to use whichever two days a week I’m at the office.

The current occupant moves out on June 6, so I’ve put *June 15* to allow me to do some cleaning / painting, but if you need to come earlier lmk 🙂

I charge a flat monthly amt for all bills including high speed broadband and a cleaner every 2 weeks.
I'm Irish / American (dual). The person that would enjoy this space is someone who wants a clean, inviting and relaxed space to come home to as a base. No random guests or parties (unless agreed). A chill place that is hassle free with no surprises.

Worth noting there are three rooms separating my bedroom from the one for rent (bathroom, kitchen, laundry room) so plenty of privacy.
