Hi Guys & Girls,

This is a Mon - Fri or Mon - Thurs rent or any 4 days but not the weekend.

Cost per month for Mon - Thurs is £360 per month + bills.

The room is available from early - mid March.

I have a lovely room to rent in my recently purchased flat! Lots of details below but feel free to message me or call me for any more info.

Location & Transport:
The flat is 10 minutes walk from Crystal Palace station (30 mins to London Bridge & Victoria, 20 mins from Canada Water) & Anerley station.

Its a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to the amazing Crystal palace triangle which has lots of great places to eat and drink. Its also a 10 minute walk to Crystal Park, one of the best in London!

There is also a gym which is a national sports centre just next to the station, a 10 minute walk.

The Room
The room comes with a double bed, large triple wardrobe with full length mirror, bed side table and a desk (desk not show in the photos but will be purchased at the end of the month!)

There is lots of room in there and the pictures don't quite do it justice.

There are two bathrooms in the flat, one in my room which is an en-suite. So the second bathroom is alls yours unless we have guests over. It has a shower, bath & bathroom cabinet.

The Flat
Its a new build, completed in 2013. Its extremely quiet, cannot hear any of the neighbours and the estate is also very quiet and peaceful.

I have a very large and comfy sofa, I think I have managed to get 6 people on before! 40" flat screen smart TV. Fibre broad band and a great kitchen

There is a gated locked bike store in the underground carpark for any keen cyclists.

Underground is also a gated carpark, the space would be an extra £10 per month.

Bills are an additional £50 per month

Im 33, work on Southbank for a creative events agency. I love food and wine and always try and cook a roast on a Sunday (or goto one of the many pubs for one), try and get to the gym as offen as possible.

I fairly laid back and would like someone the same.
