We have a lovely double room available for a *female* housemate in our 5-bedroom Georgian townhouse in Angel from Monday 6th May.

About The Location:

The flat is in a fantastically convenient location – it’s less than a 5-minute walk from Angel station, Upper Street, and Regent’s Canal.

There are so many supermarkets, gyms, pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and other amenities on our doorstep.

It’s really easy to get to Old Street, King’s Cross, Euston, and central London too.

About The Flat:

The flat is a 5-bedroom Georgian townhouse, with 2 bathrooms (separated by gender), and a communal kitchen/living room area.

About The Room:

The bedroom is on the top floor with its own roof terrace, accessed via ladder.

The departing tenant will be selling the desk, chair, and memory foam mattress pad for £135.00 in total. Please do not contact us if you are not able to purchase these furnishings. The rest of the flat is furnished.

The total monthly rent/bills amount is £1,025.37.

This consists of:
• Rent – £887.17 (fixed until January 2025)
• Bills – £138.20 (subject to change); this includes utilities, high-speed broadband, council tax (band C), and a weekly cleaning of the communal areas.

We're seeking someone who is able to pay rent/bills from Monday 6th May, even if you decide to move in at a later date.

The total deposit for the room is £600.00. We will require a holding deposit of £175.00 to be paid within 24 hours of accepting the room, and then the remaining £475.00 at a later date.

About Us:

We're a friendly bunch of young professionals, working in consulting, law, business development, and architecture. While we all have our own hobbies and routines, we enjoy grabbing a drink together as a group on occasion.

We're looking for a female, non-smoking flatmate, who will treat the flat as a home rather than a space to rent and will do their part to keep the shared areas clean. You would not be a good fit for the flat if you are noisy on work nights or a partier.
