Double room up for sublet in Angel/Clerkenwell!👼🏻

I am going travelling this Summer, so the flat is available for Move in June 1st - July 14th - 1 month and a half!

About the house🏠:
The flat is located in the heart of Angel, opposite the Sadlers Wells Theatre! We have a lovely front garden/green, which is lovely in the Summer where you can look out from our private balcony! The living room is communal, and full of cute artsy bits since we are all creatives (see knitted cushions by my lovely Textile Designer Flatmate!) The kitchen is decent-sized with a shelf full of cookbooks and alot of baking utensils! We have plenty of kitchen cupboard space as well. Please note that we have one bathroom to share between 3 girls - but I have never found a problem at all of waiting etc!
We have large windows, which makes the flat super airy and sunny!

Located 7 mins walk from Angel station
20 mins walk to Kings Cross along the canal (my fav walk!) , or 10 mins on the bus! Amazing transport links
We are super well connected if you want to go anywhere in Central, Hackney or Tottenham Court Road! The area is full of amazing restaurants, pubs and cute shops and florist, plenty to do!
Nearest gym - GymGroup + Anytime fitness 2 mins walk away!
Nearest Pilates/Yoga studio - we have 2 just 3 mins walk away!
Nearest Sainsbury local is literally 1 mins walk away across our flat!
Waitrose, M&S, Large Sainsbury’s, Oseyo (for asian snacks :)) all just 8 mins walking distance from our house!
If you enjoy magazines, we have the most famous independent magazine store - Magculture just 3 mins walk away also!

Your room 🧸-
A double room which will come with a large wardrobe - so tons of storage space, black shelf, bedside table, and my baby pink guitar :) The windows in each of our bedrooms are super large (same size) and we all get alot of sunlight :)

I own a ceramic company so on top of that, you can get to use my pretty bowls and cups 🥰!

Who you will be living with:💋
Ellen:
A amazing Textiles designer, you will see her cushions in our main living room 🎨 We love a girly kitchen chat and catch ups at the end of the day! We want someone chill, tidy and someone we can call a friend!

Eve:
Hey, I’m 22 years old and currently sitting my law exams. I will be busy studying throughout June and July, but would also love someone to go grab coffee with, or drinks in the evening 🌟 I’m clean and tidy, love going to the gym, and generally a good girly chat haha :)

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a fellow cute girlie (21-26 years old) who is clean, tidy and respectful of the communal spaces (clean kitchen sinks + maintain the clean living room!). We want to find someone we can also become friends with as it is such a gorgeous flat, and hope to spend some time together in the summer, and can enjoy nice drinks, walks around Angel, but also appreciates their own time! We love having cute small gatherings in our flat, but no parties or big gatherings!

It is preferable that you are also working and not a student (unless MA, PHD etc) :)

Price🌟:
The price of the room will be £1100 in total per month, which includes ALL bills - water, gas, electricity, heating as well as including the price of council tax - around £70 per person.
For the location, it is a bargain!

Rent = 1st of each month (£1100 for the first month, £550 for the second half of the next)

Deposit will be 1 month’s rent - £1100, which will of course be returned at the end of the sublet tenancy!
