Room is a good size single very clean fitted wardrobe fitted cupboard. Dressing table large desk with 3 drawers bed and bookcase. .
The flat is kept very clean very bright and very quiet.
I am looking for a very clean quiet female. Definitely not a party flat

This is an all female house so I am looking for females preferably.

Very close to both Angel and Old Street tube stations with the 43/ 214/ 205/4 /73/30/19 and 205 bus stop all within a few minutes walk. Kings Cross station 10 mins from the flat

There is no living room to share.

I have many years experience as a live-in landlord.

Room will be available from The 26th May. There is a cleaning fee at the end of each tenancy whether it be a week month or longer tenancy of £30.
