Lovely double room in Archway

We are looking for a third flatmate to join us in our lovely Archway flat.

Room
Good sized upstairs double bedroom, fully furnished including desk on a quiet residential street just off the main road.

The Flat
Three bedroom flat in converted Victorian townhouse with a kitchen, bathroom and shared lounge over two floors. Five minutes walk to Archway tube station and ten minutes walk to Upper Holloway. Aldi, Tesco and Sainsburys are nearby. Plenty of green spaces including Hampstead Heath (25 mins walk) and Waterlow Park (10 mins walk)

The Housemates
Two school friends currently sharing the flat - Both in late twenties. One professional working at Imperial and one PhD student at Queen Mary University. We are a sociable house and enjoy going to the pub, to comedy nights and a bit of trash tv too, but are also respectful of people needing their own space.

Move in Details
The rent is £800 pcm plus bills (usually around £120)
Deposit is five weeks rent (£924) - Spareroom wouldn't let us change it
One time referencing fee (£50)
Move in flexible from mid July or early August
The contact ends 8th Oct 2024, but we are planning to renew
