Double room in quiet spacious house in Archway

Hi! I have a double room available in a three bed / two person occupancy clean and pleasant house in Archway. I'd love to live with someone who is friendly, chilled, takes pride in their home and is a likeminded working professional.

The house is an 8 minute walk to Archway tube and central Archway but also a similar distance to Crouch End. It is set back off two roads so is very quiet. I have lived here for 8 years and find it's a calm retreat from a long day's work or being out and about in central.

The room is at the back of the house and features a double bed, built-in wardrobe, shelving, mirror and space to relax. The house has a large shared living room and kitchen, one bathroom and one toilet room with a sink, and an additional third/ spare room with a desk and spare bed but I'm not looking to let this room. I have a small garden that catches the sun all day and a very sweet natured cat called Ziggy who is a British short hair.

The rent is £1000 per month including all bills (you can have the heating on as much as you like!), a cleaner, wifi, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix and NowTV.
