WHO WOULD THIS FLAT SUIT:

This is a great location for professionals needing access to London's City & West End area.

INTERESTS:

Our hobbies include; Philosophy, travelling, socializing, watching movies, volunteering, reading, yoga, meditation, baking, cooking roast dinners and gardening (We grow our own vegetables!)... If you're a movie buff, then please help yourself to over a 100 films/ DVD's in the lounge!

If you would like to wake up to the smell of fresh bread then please read on...

WHERE YOU CAN FIND ME:

The flat is located 4 mins from both Arnos Grove tube station and New Southgate train station. The commute into Central London is only 25 mins by tube and 20 mins by Train. (There are also extensive bus services!)

WHATS IN THE LOCAL AREA:

The local amenities here are all within 5 mins walk: Sainsburys, barbers, hairdressers, launderette, dry cleaners, bakeries (not that you'll need it!) internet cafe (though we have broadband here!) Italian delicatessen, swimming pool, dentist & GP surgeries as well as picturesque park walks.

IF YOU HAVE A CAR:

There is very easy access by car to North Circular, M1 and M25 motorways and yes there is free parking here too!

WHATS THE FLAT LIKE:

Its a newly decorated and homely self contained flat with private gardens; front and back (maintained by me). Which includes smartly decked seating/ BBQ area and lawn. Now Spring is finally here, it offers the perfect place to kick back and relax on sunny weekends!

WHATS YOUR ROOM LIKE:

Your room would have a double bed and bright single aspect view overlooking the garden. There is also desk, chair and up-lighter in the room as well as ample storage both under the bed and inside the sliding wardrobe and floor-to-ceiling cupboard.

A BIT MORE ABOUT THE FLAT:

Flat is double glazed and has central heating. Also includes washing machine, oven/ grill/ gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, bath/ shower, DVD, Internet, Sky.
