June/July Short-Term Let In Marylebone W1

I'm out of town for a month, and while I'm away, I'm renting out my room in Marylebone. From June 7th to July 7th, you'll have the chance to stay in a fantastic spot on the famous Chiltern Street.

The room is in a flatshare with three others, all quiet and respectful. The space is well set-up with a comfortable double bed, a home office setup, and fast wifi. There's plenty of storage space for your needs, and you'll also have access to a shared kitchen and bathroom.

The room costs £350 per week (1517/month), all-inclusive. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who can stay for the full month, but I'll consider a minimum of two weeks stay with an added surcharge.

Due to the setup of our flatshare I can only consider offers from people that meet the following requirements:
- Male
- 23-30 years old
- Professional or student
