3 bedroom flat in Marylebone

Hey! I am doing my master next year at UCL. I am looking for two flatmates from June 2024 for a year. I have been living in my current flat for almost 2 years but my 2 flatmates are leaving mid june because they are doing their master abroad.

The flat is great it has a really good location in marylebone (dorset square) with spacious rooms and access to a private park. It is a 3 bedroom furnished flat with one shared living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. All the rooms have a desk, wardrobes and a double bed. It is 5 minutes away from baker street station and 3 minutes away from marylebone station. It is a super safe area with two hotels nearby. The flat is on the 4th floor without an elevator. I promise you get used to it :) It is managed by the landlord who is super responsive and care about her flat. Important to note that it is a quiet building so no parties are allowed.

Currently the rent is 280/week for the smallest room and 300/week for the other big room. I don’t think the prices are going to change but I am going to double check with the landlord. The bills are not included:
- Electricity/gas it depends on the consumption (during winter it was 50/person but during summer it is cheaper).
- Wifi is 15/person.
- Water is 20/person.

About me:
I’m Sophia, 22, looking for two flatmates. I am french & moroccan and I moved to London 4 years ago. I love playing volleyball, running, long walks, trying new restaurants, brunch places, shopping, reading … I will be doing my master in Mechanical Engineering next year at UCL so I will probably spend most of my time during the week at university. I would like to have a friendly relationship with my flatmates where we can enjoy a few meals or drinks together but also respect each other space.
