I have lived in this house for over 2 years and absolutely love it. I will be away for at least 6 weeks from 9th June and am looking for someone to sublet.

About the house:
A cosy house in Balham with a shared living room, large kitchen with dining table, bathroom, garden and basement with lots of storage. The house is on a quiet and safe residential road away from the hustle of Balham main road.

About the room:
A huge, bright double bedroom on the first floor with lots of built in storage and a charming fireplace. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, mattress, bedside table, mirror, desk, chair, extra storage and plants.

About the lovely housemates:
You'll be living with 3 female professionals in their late 20's working full time (teacher, civil servant and consultant). They're all independent with their own social lives but equally enjoy coming together as a house to watch tv or go out for dinner.

The area:
Balham station (northern line and Southern Rail) is a 7 minute walk away. There are lots amenities nearby including a selection of supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants, other high street shops, gyms, Wandsworth and Tooting Common and Clapham is not far either.

About you:
We are looking for a late 20's/early 30's, like minded, female professional who will integrate well and contribute to keeping the house a homey place!

Admin bits:
Rent and bills come to c. £1100 for one month. The room is available from 9th June for at least 6 weeks. The house is managed by a great agent that is always responsive.
