I am looking to find a friendly and sociable housemate to rent a cosy and well furnished double bed room as part of a chilled 2-person flat share in the heart of Balham. £750pm + bills (approx £100pm).

- 2 minutes walk away from balham tube and network rail stations
- a large range of cool pubs & cafes just a minute walk from the door step.
- 3 supermarkets all within a couple of minutes walk (large sainsburys, large waitrose & Aldi)
I am a 32 year old professional working in the tech industry in central london. I love watching live sport and staying active, and also enjoy the odd pint or two down the pub every now and again.
