Looking for a girl to take over a lovely double bedroom in a house in Balham 🏡. The room includes a bed & wardrobe.

The house is situated a 4 min walk from Balham station on a very safe and quiet street. A perfect location near all the local cafes, restaurants & bars in the area. There’s a big Sainsbury’s & Aldi within minutes walk and bus services off our road too.

You’ll be living with 3 other girls between 27-30 who are all working professionals and do a mixture of WFH/ in the office.

The house includes a separate living area & a lovely garden - perfect for Summer BBQs round the corner! ☀️

Rent is £967 excluding bills (bills come to £100 a month). This will be an occupancy change on a current contract, which ends end of November 2025, however you can leave at any point as long as you replace with someone else. Referencing is required which requires a small £50 to the estate agent.
