Hello all! We’re looking for a flatmate to move into our 3 bedroom penthouse flat in Balham/Tooting SW17!

The bright and spacious furnished double room is available at the start of May, including double bed, drawers, cupboard space, shared utility and living room space too.

3-4 min walk from Balham and Tooting Bec tube stations. Modern bathroom that you’ll be sharing with one other (other room has en-suite) big open plan kitchen/living room with HUGE outdoor balcony with views of London skyline.

Current flatmates are Liam and Sean (mid 20s/early 30s), working professionals in the creative industries, both with busy work and social lives but still up for hanging out in the evening. Both hybrid workers looking for a clean and tidy chill housemate.
