Large Double Room in Shared House with Garden

Leaving after 2.5 years in this house share, and hoping to find a successor to take over my spot! The room is very spacious and on the upper floor with lots of natural light, 1 shared bathroom on the bottom floor, small living room and garden to the back.

You'll be sharing with three other housemates to take over my tenancy on this existing house share. A mix of male and female "working professionals," (Will, Maddie and Emily).

Rent is £847per month, plus bills (approx. £90/month inclusive of council tax, WiFi, etc.) The location is incredibly convenient, just a 10 minute walk from both Balham and Clapham South stations. And with a bus stop conveniently located just across the road along with a small co op.

I shall be moving out on the 18th May, the room shall be available from the 19th.
