The house is in a great location with only a 5 minute walk to Balham Station in a quiet and safe area.
The house is very spacious with a large kitchen and living room and large garden space (south facing ☀️). We also have a cellar which is perfect for extra storage space.
The bedroom is a good sized double room and comes furnished including a wardrobe, drawers and bed. However the pink shelves in the photo belong to the current tenant so will be leaving with her.

This is a four bedroom house! You will be sharing 2.5 bathrooms amongst 3 people as fourth person has an ensuite. Due to proximity of the bathroom/shower to your room, you pretty much have a bathroom/shower to yourself.

About us:
As a house we are social and treat our house like a home where we can socialise, relax together but also have our own space.
We all like to keep the house tidy and clean and muck in each week with hoovering and cleaning etc so the house is always sitting nice!
We are three girls in our late 20s and newly 30!
We all get on very well and are a friendly bunch excited to welcome someone else to live and become a part of our home.
