We have a very bright and cosy double room available right now in our amazing flat in the Barbican.

The room is fully furnished with a comfy double bed, a shelf, bedside table and fitted wardrobe, so you’ll have plenty of space.

The flat itself has 2 bathrooms (you will only have to share yours with one other person), a kitchen with everything you can dream of (amazing for cooking lovers), a dining area with a big table sitting 6 people, and an amazing living room with a nice view on the city as the flat is on the 7th floor, with a large comfy couch great for those long night chilling at home in front of a nice movie or sharing a bier with the flatmates.

The flat is very well located, 3 min from Barbican station, 8 min from Moorgate and 10 min from St Paul. It is also a very short walk from the great area of Shoreditch and Old Street, a short bus ride from Islington and all its amazing bars and restaurants. There is also a Tesco express and big Waitrose 2 min away.

About us: we are 3 Spanish guys between 27-30 years old working in different areas. We are very chilled out and we enjoy socialising together, sharing diners or drinks at home, going to the gym, relaxing at home watching movies and enjoying the week-end out, wandering in markets, sipping bier on a nice terrace or spending time with friends.

We are looking for a tidy and easy-going young professional, who could move in as soon as possible, and who is not only looking for a room but also for a home where he/she could socialise with the other flatmates but also relax and have private moments if he/she wanted to.
