Hi there!

I have a room for rent in my flat **the flat is on bridges court road - the location by SpareRoom is incorrect!**


I am away quite a lot with work at the moment but am unsure how long that will be for so possibly more suitable for someone that is happy to live on their own for some of the time. Advertising as a short / medium term let as, depending on my work location, I may be moving and would then also let out my room.


The room for rent has a separate private bathroom (i have an ensuite), a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and mirrored wardrobe. Other rooms include kitchen, lounge /dining, balcony and utility cupboard.

There is a secure underground bike store, a communal garden for residents and a concierge but no parking space.

Electricity is included in rent but other bills are separate.

- about 7 minute walk to Clapham Junction station
- 2 minute walk to Plantation Wharf boat stop
- a bus stop directly outside the front door of development.
