My flatmate has recently lost her job and therefore can't move forward with the tenancy of this stunning flat.
This flat is on a new development behind Battersea Power Station and just 7 min walked from the tube. The building offers a SPA + POOL, and big terrace on the 8th floor. We also have a 24hour concierge.
The flat is unfurnished and the moving in date is April 26th. The main room is being rent for £1525 per month bills not included.
A little bit about myself is that I work for a creative agency. I go to the office 2-3 days a week. I am very clean and tidy. I am 25 years old, love to spend time relaxing and watching movies but also going shopping, walks, pilates and spending money on overpriced coffee :)
The ideal person for this has some furniture or is happy to furnished the flat together.
