Professional girl for Battersea home

My 2 roommates and I are looking for another girl to live with us in a 4 bed (& 2.5 bathroom) house in battersea. We’re 26-28. 10min walk to clapham junction and 5 mins walk to battersea park. Lots of bus options at the end of the street.

We are very chilled and like to keep the house clean and tidy. We like to go to the pub or out and about on weekends and are pretty chill during the week. The room is small but has double bed, huge wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. Ideally looking for a professional who doesn’t work from home. We’re looking for someone to move in the last week of April/ first week of May. Rent is 1000, bills are usually about 200 (but we’re overpaying for electric so this should go down when we switch providers) & deposit is 1 months rent. & we have a cleaner 1x month for the common areas
