FEMALE En-suite double room July 2024-July 2025!
Hi! I am moving to Barcelona in July so need someone to take over my lease and live with my current roommate/best friend for the last year of our lease (July 2024-July 2025). Can be slightly flexible on the move in date! There is an option to renew the lease as well after the year is up!
The room is huge with built in wardrobes, a big window, and its own en-suite bathroom. We just moved in a year ago and were the first people in the unit so it’s essentially brand new.
I can also sell all my less than 1 year old furniture so move in is easy!
The building is right near the Battersea Power Station Tube. It has a coworking space, concierge, package lockers, mini gym, and movie theater.
The rest of the apartment includes another bedroom (where my best friend is) and she has her own bathroom too. All the appliances are Smeg and there is a huge balcony.
We moved to the UK from the states 4 years ago and love exploring the city and trying new restaurants!
