Charming South Facing, Cosy Room in Spacious House

It is with much sadness that I am giving up my room of 2.5 years in a wonderful house with wonderful housemates in Battersea.

About the house: Spacious Victorian house located a 2 min walk from Battersea Park, 10min walk to Chelsea and 15min from Clapham junction, and well connected with buses. Massive kitchen/dinning area with skylights and a garden well equipped with bbq and fire pit. Amenities included: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, gas hob.

About the room: A 'cosy' double room (2.3x2.8m) with wood floors and south facing onto the garden. See photos! and below re furniture. In addition to the drawers you can see in the photos and storage space under the bed, there is a wardrobe outside the room on a landing that is for you to use too.

About the housemates: A phenomenal bunch, from a range of professions. With 5 bed rooms there is 2 girls plus 2 guys at the moment. Always up for a chat, a Netflix binge or drinks down at the pub, the house has a nice communal vibe, but equally there's no obligation to hangout 24/7.

About the monies: Rent is £805 per month all bills included. Deposit, protected by deposit protection is £805
Additionally, the house is let unfurnished so for furniture in the communal areas, there is a £90 'buy-in' (you then sell on to whoever succeeds you) and £400 for the furniture in the bedroom (which you will then own and are free to do what you want with). In total this comes to £ 1295 deposit+furniture.

The love in date is not exact- will be roughly end of May/start of June.
