Single room to let

This is a perfect location for professionals commuting from Clapham Junction (10-15 min walk) or someone who wants to share a flat in one of the most popular places to live in London. The area is great, there are plenty of shops and parks (Battersea Park!) just around the corner.

The flat is spacious and clean with a lot of storage space. We don't have living room but there is a big kitchen. All bills are included. There is one bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet.

We are professionals in our early 30s looking for someone easygoing and fun but respectful, specially during sleeping hours. Males and females welcome! but be aware that we have a cleaning rota that you must follow if you want to move in.

Room is available from 2nd of May the earliest, to up 6 months from then, with a possibility of being extended.
