Housemate wanted in Peaceful house Askew RD

Hi there we have a lovely double size room in available . The room has a queen size double bed, plenty of cupboards, wardrobe and loads of storage space under the big bed.

We are looking for friendly and kind housemate only to keep the balance. Someone who is peaceful, calm and easy going. We like to respect each others space and we hangout when we can. You will be sharing the toilet with one other person also.

Bills are average £80 in summer and £140 in winter time. The rent is £658 per month and the deposit is £911. The bills are Electricty, gas, water, internet and council tax.

Room is only available from 14th of April.

The two male housemates are Juan and Matt. Juan is working in retail as manager in central london and is Spanish. Matt is a barista and musician working locally and from
Northern Ireland.

The house is in a very peaceful, quiet residental area and 30 seconds from a lovely small Wendel Park. Its a few minutes walk to Askew road high street with all the essential shops and local small businesses . The house is located is in between Chiswick, Hammersmith and Shepherds bush and the closest tube is Stamford Brook district line around 10 minutes walk.
