- The existing female tenants prefer female applicants.
- 1930s building with maintained garden and outdoor furniture.
- 11 mins walk to Turnham Green Station in Chiswick.
- Shared fully furnished living room with Smart TV and shared kitchen with dishwasher.
- Cleaner provided for communal areas approximately every two weeks.
