The flat is a well proportioned, very light fully furnished 3 bedroom (2 bathroom) duplex over the top 2 floors in a quiet residential street 4 mins walk away from Swiss Cottage tube (Jubilee line), 8 mins walk from Finchley Rd (Metropolitan line) and 10 mins walk from Belsize Park (Northern line).

There is 1 of the 3 rooms available starting on 1 June 2024 The bedroom is very large, on the lower floor and has its own downstairs bathroom:

The room is a light, quiet, large double room with 2 large windows, a double bed and mattress and a beside table with tow large built-in wardrobes, and a separate wooden dressing table with a further shelf above it.

Next to it there is a second bedroom of equivalent size which backs onto tree lined gardens where Anna Linda lives. Anna Linda is a Swedish working professional in sustainable finance, in her thirties.

When she is not working she enjoys hiking, running, climbing and going to various cultural events around London.

On the upper floor, the bathroom has a bath/power-shower, a sink, toilet, mirror and a cupboard and looks onto the garden below.

Billswise it depends a bit on the flatshare and the season but tenants pay roughly about £8 per month for water, Electricity and Gas roughly £15 per month each. Fibre optic Broadband is provided by BT at £8 each. Camden Council Tax is around £80 per month each.

The flat is walking distance from Primrose Hill, which has 1 of the best views of all of London and Regents Park & Hampstead Heath and has numerous cafes, pubs, restaurants around Belsize Park and Hampstead but also has all the benefits of Finchley Road ie M&S, Waitrose, Aldi & Sainsbury's, post office, hardware stores, 24 hr stores, 2 cinemas, Books etc,
