The flat is a well proportioned, very light fully furnished 3 bedroom (2 bathroom) duplex over the top 2 floors in a quiet residential street 4 mins walk away from Swiss Cottage tube (Jubilee line), 8 mins walk from Finchley Rd (Metropolitan line) and 10 mins walk from Belsize Park (Northern line).

Billswise it depends a bit on the flatshare and the season but tenants pay roughly about £8 per month for water, Electricity and Gas roughly £15 per month each. Fibre optic Broadband is provided by BT at £8 each. Camden Council Tax is around £80 per month each.

The flat is walking distance from Primrose Hill, which has 1 of the best views of all of London and Regents Park & Hampstead Heath and has numerous cafes, pubs, restaurants around Belsize Park and Hampstead but also has all the benefits of Finchley Road ie M&S, Waitrose, Aldi & Sainsbury's, post office, hardware stores, 24 hr stores, 2 cinemas, Books etc,
