I am looking for a flatmate for my amazing apartment in leafy Belsize Park. The double room available is large with high ceilings and large windows, which allow in plenty of sunshine. The room overlooks the private garden which you can enjoy in the summer (or winter if you're brave!).

The rent includes all bills, and also a cleaner who comes once a week :-).

The location is in the heart of Belsize Park and cannot be beaten: <1 minute walk from Belsize Park (Northern Line), and 10 minutes from both Swiss Cottage (Jubilee) and Hampstead Heath (Overground). The flat is opposite Everyman Cinema, Budgens Supermarket, Boots, and Daunt Books and is surrounded by numerous cafes and restaurants. If that's not enough, it is only a 10 minute walk to Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath!

The room was recently redecorated and has been furnished with a comfy double bed (with storage), desk and chair, several cabinets, and large wardrobe.

In the flat, there is also a very beautifully decorated living room filled with lots of light and plenty of books.

My ideal flatmate is someone who values their own space and at the same time enjoys a good natter in the kitchen.
