Huge double room in Belsize Park available immediately! The room is extremely large and the exterior of the flat features lovely Georgian architecture.

The room is fully furnished* and comes with everything you see in the pictures.(*Technically it's not furnished but the outgoing tenant is leaving behind all the furniture as he is moving out of London).

Pros: This flat is very well connected with Swiss Cottage and Belsize Park stations very close by. There are four other tube or overground stations in walking distance. The flat is also within ten minutes walk of Hampstead Village, Hampstead Heath, Primrose Hill and Finchley Road and is in one of the most sought after neighbourhoods in London. The flat is nice and clean and benefits from high ceilings. The room itself is also lovely we have an awesome bathroom. We have a cleaner who comes once per week to keep things extra fresh.

The only downside is our flat has no large communal area or living room. However, your bedroom is the size of some studio flats. Bills usually come to around £90 a month.

This flat would suit someone who wants to be a stone throw from Central London (less than half an hour door to door for both my room mate and I to get to work) and wants to live in a great area. Coffee shops, restaurants and pubs are abound and we're also not far from Camden Town or Chalk Farm.
The property is occupied by a guy and a girl (not a couple) who work full time in central London. We are looking for someone who is laid back, social and clean.
