I have a double bedroom available to flat share in Belsize Park. It is only a two person flat, but surprising spacious.

The bedroom is furnished, large, with adequate storage. There is a desk, built in wardrobes and large windows which open onto the garden terrace. The flat is on the first floor overlooking Haverstock Hill Rd. The windows do block out the noise, don't worry. Great access to shops, cafes and restaurants.

The flat itself has a open area in the middle which connects all the rooms (like a hallway), and there is a large communal living area which is furnished with a couch, TV, BT Box, etc. The living area also opens up onto the terrace which is great with the current weather for an afternoon drink or BBQ.

The bathroom has a shower/bath unit, and a toilet and sink. There is also an additional toilet available as well. The kitchen has all the requirements you would expect, including a washing machine, and a door to the back entrance to the flat.

Excellent transport links via the tube and buses, access to shops and great restaurants, minutes to Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath.

Bills are not included, but they amount to approximately £75-100 per month (this includes water, gas, internet, BT box, and council tax).

I am 29 yr old female professional, enjoy eating out, and exploring London when time permits. Looking for someone ideally like minded.
