Bright Room in South Bermondsey for Mon-Fri Let

Hi everyone,
Mira and Cas here! We’re looking for someone who would like to stay with us during weekdays only in our zone 2 home. We are ultimately looking for someone clean and respectful as a minimum, but past that we're quite open and don't mind how much or how little you engage with us!

We are well-located in SE16, in a quiet residential area:
- 10 minutes’ walk to South Bermondsey station (train to London Bridge is 5 minutes)
- 18 minutes’ walk to Bermondsey (Jubilee line)
- 20 minutes’ walk to Surrey Quays station (overground) and shopping centre
- 8 minutes’ walk to Old Kent Road where lots of buses run up to Elephant and Castle, Waterloo, Borough etc, and down to Peckham and beyond.
- 10 minutes’ walk to large Tesco, large Asda, Iceland

About us:
- Mira is 30, from the UK and works for the NHS. Cas is 28, from the Netherlands and is an accountant.
- We both love travelling, reading, cooking, Netflix, going to the theatre and food.
- The house is made up of a living/dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom and a garden.
- We've been in this area for almost 2 years. We would love to share our space with someone during the week, but it is important for this person to appreciate this is our full-time, long-term home and treat it with respect.

We can offer:
- A bright bedroom with a single bed which extends into a double bed if you would prefer
- Bedding and towels
- Some space to keep belongings such as clothes and toiletries if helpful, so you don’t have to pack everything up when you leave each week
- A car parking space
- A garden for when the weather is warmer!

We are looking for:
- One person only i. e. no couples
- Someone who needs a place to stay a max. of 3 nights a week, during Mon to Fri only
- Someone who works from the office/on site on their days with us, not from home
- A female or someone who identifies as female
- Vegetarian (or someone who is happy to be meat free during their days with us)
- A non-smoker

The details:
The price would depend on the number of nights you’d stay for and includes bills (internet, water, council tax, gas, electricity):
- 2 nights per week - £525 per calendar month
- 3 nights per week - £600 per calendar month
A deposit of 1 month would be required and will be returned at the end of the agreement, dependent on any damage caused.
We propose a rolling monthly contract, with a one month notice period required by either side but happy to chat on this.
