SHORT LET - Double room to rent this summer

Hello,

I am looking for a nice person to rent a double bedroom in my 2-bedroom flat in Bermondsey for 2 months this summer.
Dates: 27 June - 27 August (can be extended for a week or 10 days if necessary).

Looking for a female flatmate who is respectful, clean and sociable.

The flat has been all redecorated so has lots of character and is very welcoming. To be shared with Lorri, a speech therapist from Manchester into exploring London and its culture scene, also into exercising.

Located on the 6th and top floor of a small block of flats overlooking Southwark park and the river. It's very luminous and close to all local amenities.

The flat is 13 minutes walk to Bermondsey station and 10 minutes to Surrey Quays, There is a shopping street 3 minutes away and Southwark Park is at the bottom of the building.

My place is good for people doing an internship during the summer, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
