Hi everybody, I am moving and I would like to rent out my flat to either a couple or a single professional. It is well-taken care of and I can leave some of my furniture or take it away, depending on what you are looking for. I have been living here for the past 10 years and my neighbours have been lovely. Within 2-3 mins walking distance, you have coffee shops, Sainsbury, corner shops, restaurants, gym and bus stops. There is Surrey Quays Shopping Centre and Canada Square food market 15mins walk, with lots of nice riverside pubs and parks.

It is very well-connected, 5 minutes away from Bermondsey station, on the Jubilee Line, 7 mins from Rotherhithe Overground Station, and about 25 mins away from London Bridge, where you also have a railway station.

To clarify- it's a one bed flat, not two beds, but you could turn the living room in a second bedroom if you wanted.
