Hello! I’m leaving my room near London Bridge and I’m looking for a replacement (girls only).

It is a beautiful master bedroom to rent in a 2BR apartment on Bermondsey Street, near London Bridge station.

- 10 minutes away from London Bridge station
- 13 minutes away from Borough station
- Lots of bus stops around

- 2 bathrooms, but only one has a shower
- Complete kitchen w/ dining table and separate living room
- 2.5 floors (you enter through the .5)
- Floor heating and cooling, can be adjusted to time

💸How much does it cost?
- 1,480.30 GBP for the master bedroom paid monthly
- 1,875.00 GBP deposit

⏱️When?
- The flat is available from beginning of June
- Possibility for a 3-month lease as the 12-month contract renews in September (but ideally long-term rent)

- The other flatmate is a 28 y-o girl, so only girls will be considered
- Ideally young professional and speaks English
- Looking for some one clean, respectful of personal space, and is considerate of the other person’s time and routine
