The flat:
The room comes furnished with an ottoman bed and there is a wall-in closet available too (a closet literally inside the wall). There is a separate room with space for either a work desk (already available) or extra storage space as well.

The flat has sizeable living room with wooden dining table and wingback chairs, one bathroom and one toilet room and a shared office, over two floors. It also has a small south-facing balcony with a table and two chairs.

The flat is bohemian decorated so preferably someone who appreciates this style.

On me:
I work in Tech and into weightlifting, travelling, books, djing (not loud/late), festival etc. I also WFH Mon/Fri but am rarely in meetings. I have 10 years+ flatshare experience

On you:
I’ve put a lot of love into the flat so will suit someone looking to create a home environment, happy to contribute to the flat and wants to hang out beyond catching each other in the kitchen. I’m very social and looking for someone equally as social to eventually become friends with, and watch the odd movie, go out or grab coffee with etc. Of course very respectful of our own individual social lives, too. Visitors in the flat are more than welcome.

The boring bits:
Rent is £870 and bills come around to £120 (council, water, wifi, utilities) and there's also a weekly cleaning schedule I'm happy to discuss/change
