Hello everyone, I am returning to my home country upon completing my studies, and therefore I am looking to sublet my apartment. I hope to find the next new tenant soon.

📍Location: a 2-minute walk to Bermondsey underground station, with very convenient transportation. There are convenience stores, a post office, parks nearby, and it’s close to Borough Market, with all necessary amenities available.
🏠Apartment details: 2 bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms , total area of 64 square meters, with windows facing west and north providing excellent natural light. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with an integrated washer/dryer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, and a large fridge – ready to move in. You’ll have your own large private bathroom!
💰Rent and other costs: £289 per person per week, which is the pre-pandemic price, and it’s hard to find this price in Zone 1 now! Water is included, while electricity and internet fees are split with the roommate. The subletting process will be handled officially by Foxtons
📅Rental period: Available from mid-May until September 28 of this year. Exact dates can be discussed further.
