2 double rooms (one ensuite) Zone 2 - inc. bills

Two double rooms, one with an en-suite available in great location (Zone 2, 30 minute walk to London Bridge) with lovely flatmates from 27th May for the en-suite and 9th of June (but can be slightly flexible if needed) for the other room.

My other current flatmate and I are sadly moving out of this flat to move closer to work and need to find a replacement for the rooms.

Room 1 (en-suite):

This is a lovely double room with an en-suite. It comes fully furnished with a desk and chair, perfect for working from home. It also includes a double bed, full-size mirror and there are three built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space. There are also drawers under the bed to allow for even more storage space. The room is quite spacious and you can also fit a single air mattress if you want to host people over. The en-suite is a good size for one person and comes with a toilet, sink and shower, with plenty of space to organise all toiletries.

Room 2:

Same furnishings as room 1, just without the en-suite.

The flat:

The flat also has a separate kitchen/living room which is shared with two other lovely girls. It has plenty of space and comes with a washing machine/dryer and dishwasher as well as all other essentials such as gas hob, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a big sofa, a TV and a dining table that fits more than four people. There is also a small balcony.

The shared bathroom will be shared with the other 2 rooms on the top floor.

The flat is very well located - only 10 to 15 minutes from Bermondsey tube station (Jubilee line), 5 minutes from South Bermondsey station (with trains that take you to London Bridge in 5 minutes), 15 minutes from Surrey Quays overground station, and there is the number 1 bus, which also runs at night, that stops right outside the flat. Additionally, there is a large Tesco Extra which is only a 15 minute walk away and an Asda which is a 20 minute walk. But there are also loads of corner shops only a 5 minute walk away for the essentials. Southwark park is also a 5 minute walk!

The existing flatmates are all professionals aged 23-27 and are super friendly, clean and relaxed. We often have lunch or dinner together and sometimes go out for drinks or dinner, but we also enjoy our alone time and doing our own thing. Hoping to find someone with similar interests in their 20s to replace us😊.

Contract will be for 12 months, but you have the possibility to leave after 3 months if you can find a replacement for the room.

Room 2:
Rent - £1,100 per month
Deposit - £1,100 (Deposit Protection Service)
Bills - all included in the rent (water, gas, electricity, heating, council tax, fast fibre internet AND TV Licence)
Contract will be for 12 months, but you have the possibility to leave after 3 months if you can find a replacement for the room.
