Large furnished double room - Bermondsey

We have a large double room on the first floor of the building available on the 1st of June. The room comes furnished and with ample storage space, including built in cupboards and extra draws. It also comes with a desk and plenty of room for other storage.

The flat is a 3 bed with plenty of space and a variety of amenities including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a shared living room and bathroom and a terrace outside the front of the flat to chill out on.

The flat is an 8 minute walk to Bermondsey tube station, a 15 minute walk to London Bridge station and a minute’s walk to the Bermondsey Beer Mile. Access into central London and surrounding is super easy!

You will be sharing with 1 guy and 1 girl, both professionals working in London city. We’re clean, social and enjoy going out for occasional drinks along the Beer Mile but are equally happy to throw a movie on and stay in.

The room is £940 per month, with Wi-Fi, water and council tax thrown in. Gas/electric will be added but should only be around 30-40 extra.
