London Summer Sublet - Double Room + Loft/Study

We're looking for someone to fill a generous, bright, double room and loft space/study from June to August. A very well-connected location, Canada Water station is only two stops from London Bridge on the Jubilee line.
With friendly flatmates in our mid 20s and a gorgeous park right outside, we are looking for the right fit for the summer months while we are in between flatmates.

You'd be living with three other professionals 5 mins walk from both Canada Water and Surrey Quays stations, as well as a shopping centre with a Tesco Extra and a few metres from leafy green Southwark park.
The bedroom is on the first floor, furnished with bed, bookshelf, loads of built in cupboard space, and a freestanding wooden hanger. The loft area is in the extension, one floor up right above the bedroom. It has a skylight in the roof and is perfect for anyone who needs some extra private space to set up an office, studio, practice room or a yoga mat.

The house is semi-detached on a quiet street and features a lockable bike shed, garden, modern kitchen with washer/dryer, large shared lounge, garden and conservatory with heaps of natural light, two bathrooms, as well as lots of additional storage space.

The flatmates are always up for a chat but also very happy to do our own thing, and have had the luxury of being able to spread out in a large house.
