Room available in Bermondsey for September 12 month contract , just 5 minutes from the station.

The room is the smallest in the house but still a decent size, and it comes furnished.

We are three girls aged 23, 22, and 20, and we're looking for someone around the same age, preferably a student, but open to young professionals too.

I'm 23 and about to finish university. Shania is 22 and in her second year, and Rhea is 20 and also in her second year. We're looking for someone social and with good vibes to join us.

We have been in the property since October and we are extending our contract for another year! Unfortunately, one of the girls is leaving, so there’s a room available!

Must have a UK based guarantor and pass all reference checks done by the agents

We are still deciding on the price of each from for sept as rent has gone up but will be roughly £800-£850

Perfect location, if you work/study in central! Gym, acupuncture, yoga, bars, pubs, all within walking distance
