I have very large double rooms available in an unusually large (1500+ square foot), 4 double bedroom, 4 bathroom flat set over two floors with high ceilings, which is available early Jan 2018. It’s located right next to the White Cube Gallery in the Royal Oak Yard gated community off Bermondsey Street which is a perfect location for the City, London Bridge and a short commute to either Canary Wharf or the West End but even more perfect for More London and Southwark generally. Bermondsey St has many bars, coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques and is full of charm and character. It's vibrant and is the a great place for hanging out and relaxing with friends at any time of day, but comes alive at night and is wonderful at weekends. It's located in the heart of what must be London's gastronomic centre with Borough Market, Rope Walk and Spa terminal close by. Also close by is Flat Iron Square and Elephant and Castle which is improving quickly and now offers some great places to hang out (yes really!). The Bermondsey Mile, as it is now known, runs under the railway arches of London Bridge and consists of more that half a dozen breweries and gin distilleries. You can explore, taste and drink all that it has to offer. I live in the area and love my weekends!

The room (which shown in the pictures) is priced at £1,200 per month excluding bills is a very large sized double with an en-suite on the lower floor. The room itself is very large, has a generous window with lots of natural light, quadruple wardrobe providing a huge amount of space for cloths and boxes. It comes with its own sofa, desk and office chair and has more than enough room for a study area, large TV and would be ideal for those taking professional exams or for those who can work from home or perhaps those who may just want to enjoy their own private space.

The current flatshare is well established with current tenants having moved in 3 months to 3 years ago, who consist of an banker (female), an actuary (male) and management consultant (female). They are all enjoying the flat, are sociable, but respectful.

This flatshare will be fun, without being intrusive, but should provide a social network if you want it. It clearly suits those who want to live close to their work, but enjoy an a central urban neighbourhood close to work and without a long commute. It offers so much on your door step.

I am a flexible landlord who respects and appreciates his tenants and understands the demands placed on most who work in demanding work environments. I understands the demands placed on most who work in demanding work environments of Central London, because I've done it for well over 20 years! I have lived in the area and have a family close by.
