Lovely single room with double bed available from 26th October. The rent is £550 pcm (incl. bills) and £400 will be required as deposit. The landlord might increase the rent in January. Therefore we are either looking for someone short-term until then, or potentially someone who's interested to stay for longer.

The room measures 9 x 7. 5 feet within a clean, charming 3 bedroom house with spacious garden, kitchen and living area.

The house offers extra space for storage and a bicycle, however the room is on the small side and would therefore not be suitable for someone with mountains of clothes.

Amenities: TV, broadband, landline, excellent cooking facilities including microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and power shower.

Located in a quiet courtyard and yet only 1 minute walk to Bermondsey underground station and bus stops (buses 47, 188, 381, C10). Minutes away from the riverside, 10 minute walk to Tower Bridge, also Bermondsey Street, Borough Market, London Bridge, restaurants and bars.
Grocery stores (including a Tesco Metro), post office, off-license and take-aways are close by and a 24-hour Tesco and shopping centre is one stop away.

About us: We are two female professionals, easy going, enjoy having a laugh and a glass of wine together. During the week we prefer quiet evenings.

Cleanliness, consideration and common sense are high on our list of priorities! We respect each other’s space and working schedules and will expect the same of you. Ideally you are between 27 – 40 years old, work during the day and also like a clean and tidy house.

The location is ideal for anyone working in the City, Canary Wharf or anywhere along the Jubilee line.

Our landlord requires references from your past landlord(s)and bank statements to show that you can cover your rent.

We usually renew our contract every year, which has a six month break clause, however the rent might go up January 2016 so a short let is possible in the meantime.
