This is a great sized double room in a two bedroom split level flat just off Tower Bridge Road, where it meets Bricklayers Arms. The room is available short term until 31st July. The flat is located on the 2nd floor of an ex council block.
The bars and cafes of Bermondsey Street are a 5 min walk away with closeby Bermondsey Market every Friday & Maltby Street market every Sat/Sun. There is quite a bit going on plus large Tesco & other supermarkets nearby. Nearest tubes are Borough (0.6m), London Bridge (0.7m) & Elephant & Castle (0.7m). But the area is best served by bus routes with 10s of buses heading to Waterloo, Westminster, Central etc. if you work in More London or the City it's ideal. I work near Bank station & it's a 30 min walk.

The flat consists of a small balcony, separate kitchen & living area with two bedrooms & a bathroom upstairs. I have recently renovated the bathroom & living room so they are both pretty modern (see pics). The rest of the flat is older but comfortable to live in.

I'm a 28 y/o woman - pretty easy going but like the flat to remain clean & well kept. I spend a good amount of time outside the flat but enjoy some chilled nights in with friends too. I'm not keen to have parties in the flat! I'm looking for a clean friendly say 24-35 y/o female professional to share the flat with for a few months until a friend moves in on August 1st.

Rent is £850 plus bills of approx £130.
