I have a great 2 bed flat with an open plan lounge/kitchen and a shared garden. You will have a double room, with lots of storage space, and a large bathroom. I have my own en suite so this will be all to yourself. I have recently moved in so all the furniture is new and modern.
Transport - 10 minutes from Bermondsey tube, 15minutes from Borough tube and 20mins from London Bridge. Number 1 and 78 bus stops are right outside with the 188 5 minutes away. This all equates to easy access to the city, west end and canary wharf. You can walk to Liverpool Street in 35 minutes.

Area - Opposite Spa Gardens which is a lovely park for relaxing in. 5 minutes walk from Bermondsey Square/Street which is full of trendy bars, pubs and restaurants. Tescos super store 10 minute walk with smaller supermarkets close by.

Me - I am a laid back, outgoing, sociable character who enjoys going out with friends, playing sport (mainly squash and tag rugby), chilling out at home in front of the TV and a good comedy night. I am the landlord so if something breaks I want to get it fixed as quickly as you!

You - I would like to find a housemate that I can feel relaxed around and have a chat… maybe a cheeky glass of wine mid week, I’m not looking for a party house. I am relaxed with age and gender, just looking for someone who is respectful, tidy and easy to get along with.
