A modern one bed apartment with a sizeable open plan lounge area (with comfy sofabed), kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is on the first floor and overlooks a lovely park. Guests will also be able to use the roof terrace which has fantastic views over London- just hope the weather holds up.

Modern one bed flat in the London Bridge Bermondsey area. One bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, lounge area (with a comfy sofabed) with a balcony overlooking a quaint park. Only a 10 mins walk from Bermondsey tube, Tower Bridge and Bermondsey St.

We will be away for the period of tenancy. Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment apart from a bedroom at the back which is locked and used to store our things whilst away.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!
Only ten minutes away from the famous Tower Bridge and Tower of London. This offers a perfect spot to explore London by walking along the river for an hour, stopping on the way for the beautiful Southwark cathedral, HMS Belfast – a full sized WWII navy ship, Borough Market (fantastic food market) Tate Modern museum, the Globe Theatre eventually ending up at St Pauls Cathedral. From here the rest of London awaits.

Less than ten minutes away from Bermondsey Street with some of London's coolest bars and restaurants. On the weekend, be sure to check out Maltby Street, one of London's best food and drink markets.

A short bus 15 minute bus journey is all it takes to get to trendy Shoreditch, Spitalfields Market, Hoxton, Brick Lane (best Indian subcontinent food) and Hackney.

You are under ten minutes away from the famous Tower Bridge from where you could stroll down the beautiful Thames walk all the way to the London Eye. Enroute you could stop off at the magnificent Southward cathedral or the HMS Belfast – a full sized WWII navy ship, visit the Tate Modern museum as well as the St Pauls Cathedral.

Within 5 minutes, the eating and drinking options are numerous: British, Italian, French and Indian or Vietnamese. Just type in Bermondsey Street restaurants and bars to check out their reviews. My tip is Jose, a unique little tapas bar and the Gin Bar which serves local Gin with homemade tonic.

You are also five away from one of London's best secrets, Maltby Street Market bursting with fresh local produce as well as lively food and drink stalls. A bit further afield, a 15 minutes walk is the more famous Borough Food Market where you can get food and drink from all over the UK- definitely worth a wander round.

Within ten minutes is Bermondsey tube station on the jubilee line. The London Bridge tube station and National Rail and bus depot is a 15 minutes walk. Both tube stations can get you within ten minutes to either central london (oxford street etc...), east London (Old Street, Angel etc...). For business travellers, canary wharf is only ten minutes away on the tube and the business area of Moorgate, Liverpool Street, Bishopsgate is 15 minutes on the bus.

Two minutes away from the apartment is a bus stop which takes you to central London (covent garden, Holborn, Waterloo etc...) in a 15 minute journey (Number 1). The number 78 will get you the Tower of London in around 7 minutes and Liverpool Street and Shoreditch, Hoxton within 15 minutes.

This apartment really does have brilliant transport connections to the rest of London. It is easily accessible from all London airports – in particular there is a direct train service from nearby London Bridge to Luton and Gatwick airports.

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment apart from a bedroom at the back which is locked and used to store our things whilst away.
