The house is placed in a very peaceful and residential area, ideal to chill out after the work, or study for your exams. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants are all around the area, and Surrey Quays shopping centre is 15 min. bus.

There are 4 other flatmates currently living. All of them professionals working in London.

The room is fully furnished, with spacious bed and a high quality mattress. Wardrobe and drawers are also part of the furniture.

The price of the room is £155/week, all bills and cleaning service included (also internet).

A quiet, respectful, trustworthy, clean and organized environment. Also, responsible enough to share the duties keeping the flat clean and tidy (ESSENTIAL!) .

Payment conditions are the following:
4 weeks rent in advance.
2 weeks deposit (Refundable).
£60 One time admin. fee .

There is a minimum term of 3 months.
