Hi. I’m the landlady of a 4 bed flat in Bethnal Green, which has a room to let and is available immediately.

It’s a ground floor, newly decorated bright room that can be furnished or not. The flat has a shard kitchen with table and chairs, a shared bathroom with separate toilet (all brand new) and a shared garden. There is no shared living room.

The flatmates are all professional and friendly, 2 males.

The area is just beside Bethnal Green tube and the green spaces of Victoria Park. The flat is in a quiet development, that has lots of mature planting and is well taken care of.

Rent is £850 per month, and that includes council tax and water. You pay gas/elecs/ internet on top. In winter that’s approx £50 a month in summer £30 all in.
