Hi, we are two queer women 25 and 27 looking to fill the 3rd room in our 3 bed flat very close to Victoria Park.

About the flat:
Large shared living room and semi open plan kitchen, lots of plants in the shared space!! Lots of light in the living area :)

Bathroom is shower/bath and sink, toilet is separate.

Washing machine but no dryer and two larger cupboards for storage space.

All kitchen equipment is shared.

Initially a sublet but with an option to stay and join the tenancy in July when it renews - we would expect a small rent increase (approx. £50 each when renewing the tenancy).

Bills: approx £100 each

Medium size room that fits a desk. Comes with:
- bed
-built in wardrobe
- chest of drawers

About us:
Nia (25) and Indie (27) - we both work in sustainability and love swimming at London fields lido and Hampstead heath!!! We both enjoy cooking, hosting dinner parties and caring for our many plant babies 💚 running and climbing and many other hobbies between us!

We are very social but aren't big party people and enjoy the occasional night out or party!

About you:

We're looking for someone (preferably a woman) with similar interests to be a friend as well as a house mate.
