Short term/Long term room available in Zone 2

Hi! I'm moving out and looking for someone to take over my lease for a room in Bethnal Green.

The room is 1-2 minutes away from the Bethnal Green tube station which is the first stop in zone 2 on the central line and has the loveliest flat mates - Alice and Zoe who are on a grad program, and Jack who's working in fintech. Everyone in the house is a recent graduate as has varied interests ranging from surfing and guitar to CrossFit, pole and gymnastics. The house is a mix of International and English, Alice and Jack are from the UK, Zoe's half french half German and I'm from Hong Kong. It's a really friendly house and my flatmates are looking for someone in their twenties they can get on with :)

My contract ends on the 31st of July, however you will likely be able renew the contract with the landlord if you'd like to. Open to someone taking over the room as a short term let, or with a view to stay for longer. You might need to help find new flatmates if you do decide to stay longer as one of our flatmates is planning on moving in with his girlfriend after this.
