Short-term, sunny flat in heart of bethnal green

Hi!

My partner and I are going to South America and are looking for someone to take care of my beloved flat for 2 months from early July to September. We’re looking for one person or a couple to feel at home here and respect the flat!

The area:
Just off globe road in the bustling Bethnal Green area. There are amazing pubs (the Camel is a local favourite), cute cafes, lovely bookstores and the Buddhist centre if you’re into free meditation. The surrounding area is filled with restaurants, pubs, markets etc. We’re also 8 mins walk to Victoria Park, East London’s largest and most beautiful park with markets on Sundays.

Transport:
6 mins walk to the tube on the central line and 11 mins walk to overground.

About the flat:
On the top floor with very friendly neighbours, south facing always in the sun. We have a small balcony which is always in the sun, with cute views of gardens away from prying eyes from people walking. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. The flat is a 2 bed, but one bedroom will be locked with our stuff in it so you have more space for your own things. The flat is also super quiet as we’re on a side road, limited noise despite central location.

Bedroom:
We can get you an extra wardobe if needed! All the stuff there will be removed for your convenience. We can also provide bedsheets if helpful.

Rent:
£2,000 per month including bills.
